NaBloPoMo ~ Day 12
If you were a superhero, what would be your kryptonite, draining your energy?
My kryptonite would be Mountain Dew. I'm hopelessly and insanely addicted to Mountain Dew lol. I would be way too easily distracted and bribed with a simple can of soda lol.

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 11
As a superhero, would you rather have extreme strength or extreme speed?
Hands down I would rather have strength. With the illnesses that I have I spend a lot of time feeling weak and tired. So to have the opposite of that...extreme strength....would be great!

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 10
If you were a superhero, what would be your hidden superpower?
What do you mean IF? I am a superhero, I'm a mom LOL I have a 6th sense and eyes in the back of my head LOL
If i could ask for one other thing I think it would be to be able to heal my childrens boo boo's and illnesses..

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 9
How do you find the energy to write when you're not in the mood?
I find myself quite frequently feeling like I have writers block, or I'm too tired, or Im just plain not in the mood to sit and do the writing for my blog like I need too.
I eat sugar, drink soda or coffee, and just tell myself I made a commitment (when it's my product blog I'm writing for) and I HAVE to do it lol. That works about 70% of the time lol.
The rest of the time if I reallly can't do it then I let it go for awhile and try again later or the next day.

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 8
What blogging task takes up a lot of your energy?
I run a book and product review blog (http://momzunas.blogspot.com/) for about a year now. I LOVE what I do and I hope I never have to give it up!
I think the hardest part of the blogging job is putting the posts together. Getting the perfect pictures and putting the review together. I sometimes have trouble expressing myself so even though I may love a product, I don't want to sound bland or boring so I take my time and try to find the right words that express how I feel and that will make my readers want to check the product or book out.

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 7
Talk about a time when you used up an extraordinary amount of energy and were exhausted.
Every. Single. Day. Of. My. Life! LOL
But by no means is that a bad thing. Just look at them! I gladly expend my energy every day to care for them and to get to have them <3

MsBloPoMo ~ Day 6
If you could be given the option to never sleep and also never be tired, would you take it if it meant you'd also never dream again?
My answer is no way! I love my dreams. I have some real doozies let me tell you. Even when I don't remember exactly what I've dreamed I know I've had an adventure in my sleeping hours. The dreams I do remember are usually the basis of stories I tell my kids....I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world!

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 5
What is your favorite song that gives you energy?
I know, I know....so silly right? lol I don't care lol Me and my boys are OBSESSED with this song right now and no matter how ad of a mood or how blah any of us feel this song always makes us smile :) Doesn't matter that we don't know the words....the video, to me anyways, is hilarious and always makes me smile and laugh :D I could literally listen/watch 100 times a day and not get tired of it...for now anyways....
What's yours??

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 4
At what time of day do you feel the most energetic and productive?
When I'm having a flare. like I am right now, there is no "good" or "favorite" part of the day for me. If I had to choose though I would say mornings, after my coffee lol, are probably my most productive times. I tend to get everything done for the day that needs done while the husband is at work and the 7 year old is at school. Then when hubby comes home he gets to relax with the boys and I'm not trying to do housework and stuff around them :)

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 3
What is your favorite way to recharge when you feel drained of energy?
Sleep is always my #1 choice when I feel drained and tired. Sometimes that's just not possible though. Some of the other stuff I do to recharge is listen to some music, read a really good book, watch a movie that has lots of action lol, go outside and play with the boys or drink coffee or Mountain Dew.

NaBloPoMo ~ Day 2
Which daily tasks take up the most of your energy?
Hands down the tasks that take up the most of my energy are the housework ones!
Laundry
Dishes
Cooking
Vacuuming
Dusting
and the list goes on and on....
And then there's the tasks that go with having 2 small kids...My boys are 5 and 7 and the 7 year old is in school, but the 5 year old is a handful enough to make up for him being gone! :) Don't get me wrong though...I wouldn't trade the tasks that go along with taking care of my kids for anything in the world!

My Review
I'm not an overly adventurous person. But I do like to try new things every once in awhile. Luv My Box allows you to try new things in your relationship while being discreet at the same time. Luv My Box comes in a plain black box that hides some really great products. We received the Oral Sex Dice, Frisk Mints, Wet Together Couples Lubricant and a few other items. I loved the Do Not Disturb sign that came in the box. Very cute. We have a unique living situation right now. We only have one bedroom and have given that to my boys. Myself and the hubby sleep in the living room on a pull out couch. Luckily that is changing this coming June. For now though our private time tends to be kind of limited lol. We have used a few of the products already. They are all very high quality and have been very fun to use lol. The box is a tad expensive for my tastes, $34.95, so I probably wouldn't get one every month. I will however purchase future boxes when the mood strikes me :) I was happy with the amount and types of product I got in this box and I would recommend this to my friends, married and single alike!

Don't Ask
Living with Fibromyalgia is hard enough without adding stupid people to the equation. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people ask me how I am and don't bother to really listen when I respond. Why did you even ask in the first place if you really don't give a shit?? 9 time out of 10 these same people are simply starting a conversation so that they can complain to me about their problems. Now don't get me wrong, if you have me as a friend I am the best friend you will have. I will take time any time day or night to listen and talk and commiserate if that's what you need. But I would love to know why it is that I don't seem to deserve the same in return??
I know a lot of people don't quite understand the full scope of what it means to have Fibromyalgia so I try not to take offense when someone says "I know what you mean" or "I know how you feel". If you don't have Fibro, then believe me and hear me clearly when I say you most definitely do NOT know what I mean or know how I feel.
I have not had a pain free day in 15 years. Stop and think about that for a minute. I have "better" days and I have "worse" days. I do not have completely pain free days. Just because you see me doing something for my kids, or keeping my house clean, or GOD FORBID doing something for MYSELF does not mean I'm "better" or that I'm faking this whole thing to get attention. It means I have to continue to live my life and be a mom and an active member of my family.
AND just because my house work doesn't get done for a day or 2 doesn't mean i'm lazy or a bad mom either. It means I'm having a bad day and still trying to do the best I can.
So the next time you want to sit and have a conversation with me, or with anyone who has Fibro or another chronic pain condition, stop and think a second before sending that first message or opening your mouth to speak. Just saying.
