NaBloPoMo ~ Day 3

What is your favorite way to recharge when you feel drained of energy?



Sleep is always my #1 choice when I feel drained and tired. Sometimes that's just not possible though. Some of the other stuff I do to recharge is listen to some music, read a really good book, watch a movie that has lots of action lol, go outside and play with the boys or drink coffee or Mountain Dew.

  1. It seems that Mountain Dew has become my go to drink when the kids are home. I end up chasing around after them or helping with homework and all that wonderful energy I had going just seeps right into them! *And how cute is that kitten??

    Can you believe that I've never had Mountain Dew? I prefer wine...and I prefer to recharge after the kiddo is in bed. I still need to have "me" time!

  5. The all giving caffeine. We must all bow down to the caffeine. I also love naps, I don't get them as often as I want.
